This is my favorite page, as a big sport fan and a pretty active guy I can really say this is the best part
of being healthy, just the ability to be active is great - and you appriciate it best once it is gone
so get active now, dont wait till you cant.
Fitness Tips
- When buying shoes make sure you buy the right ones, go shopping at the afternoon while your feet are the biggest, try both shoes ( there is a different in size) and leave some space after your longest toe.
- Dont forget your warm up before your exercise and streatching after to avoid pain or injuries.
- Set goals in order to keep you motivated, write them down and reward yourself when achieving them, but dont try to set goals which are unrealistic.
- Use stairs, just climb stairs whenever you can, at home or at your office - try to use it instead of taking the elevator, this will add strength to your leg muscles and get a cardiovascular workout - all at once.
- When signing up to a gym, try to think of the things that might scare you away once you will exercise, like is it smell ok, or is the temperature is at the right level.
- Walk when you can, try to find a way to walk everyday for a few minutes, like parking your car far from your home or your office, walking to places instead of taking your car and other oppertunities which you can use to walk even if it for short periods of time.
