On This page you can find some tips that will make your life a lot more healthier,
usually I try to keep it simple so it is easy to do.
I must say that all tips here have been tried personaly (and they are easy to get use to).
Health Tips
- If you suffer from Asthma and yu feel like an attack is coming on, try drinking tea, coffee, hot chocolate and otehr caffeine contained stuff, the caffeine will help open your airways.
- Dont bite your nails - Flu virus can enter the body through the mouth as well so you must remember that when biting them.
- Avoid going out to the sun at the wormest hours (10:00-16:00), the risks of sun exposure also increases at higher altitude.
- During pregnancy - Dont get into a hot tub, dont drink more than 2 cups of coffee and if you have a cat. make sure someone else is changing the litter box.
- If vomiting - try sucking on an ice cubes in case you can keep other fluids down.
- If you suffering from back pains you should go to the doctor if you feel also pain down your leg, if your foot, groin, leg or rectal area feels numb and if the pain doesnt improving after 2-3 weeks.
- After diaper changing make sure to wash your hands and to wash your baby hands as well.
